DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
- Import and customs duties
Please note that you may be charged local import duties and customs fees upon arrival of your package in your country. It is the customer's responsibility to check if such fees will apply for his country in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.
- Delivery time
We use the services of Purolator for the delivery of our packages. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days for products available in stock. For all orders, production and delivery time can vary between 5 to 30 business days.
For the expedited delivery options, packages will be delivered within a period of:
- 3 to 6 days for Canada
- 5 to 7 days for the United States
- 6 to 10 days for international destinations. * Note that for international destinations, basic delivery options may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
- International delivery is on a case-by-case basis for the time being. So if you reside outside of Canada or the United States, please contact us at: info@brigittetheriault.ca.
* Important: Please check the accuracy of your delivery address given on our website. The customer is responsible for any loss of a shipment due to an incorrect delivery address.
- Package packaging, protection
- Art photographs with frame: Each frame is provided with 4 corners of ultra-solid cardboard, then covered with bubble wrap and then protected with rigid and sturdy cardboard.
- Art photography on paper or with hanging, poster, reproduction: in order to avoid any misprint in transport, each piece is rolled up and well protected in a biodegradable plastic bag and then inserted in a rigid cardboard tube.
- Ceramic: the ceramic pieces are covered with bubble wrap and placed in a rigid cardboard box...
- Cushion including feather filling: the cushions are wrapped in a biodegradable plastic bag and then placed in a cardboard box.
- Cushion covers, shower curtains, bath mats, upholstery, yard fabrics, BTBAG Apparel : These various items are packed in a biodegradable plastic bag and then slipped into a bubble wrap or cardboard box if the weight of your order is too large.
* If the item is more fragile, it will be wrapped in tissue paper and a "FRAGILE" label will be stuck on the package.
- The shipping box is sealed with tape.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
- Return Policy
In case of disappointment upon receipt of your order, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. However, delivery charges are not refundable nor are return shipping charges. Returned items must be in perfect condition, otherwise the items will be returned to you at your expense.
All items on sale, on clearance and at reduced prices constitute a final sale.

REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
- Returns
Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
As soon as we receive your return, it will be inspected to verify its condition. We will then send you an email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be issued immediately and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card.
*Please note that the transaction time for each refund may vary from a snapshot to a few days, depending on the payment method and banking companies. Please allow a few days before contacting us in case of delay.
The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund except in case of breakage (ceramic) where the return shipping cost will be paid by our team.
For items over $95, a traceable shipping service is recommended as we do not guarantee that we will actually receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

- Confidentiality of your information.
During the buying and selling process, we collect personal information such as your name, address and e-mail address. While browsing our website, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer will be disclosed to us to provide us with information about your browser and operating system. This information may be used by our team for marketing purposes, for sending promotional emails among others. This is how we can send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

By providing us with your personal information in order to complete a transaction, you consent to our collection and use of that information for that specific purpose only. Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc.Its online e-commerce platform allows us to sell you our products and services.
Your data is stored through Shopify data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Your data is hosted on a secure server with a firewall.
- Payment
If you choose a direct payment method to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card details, encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
*All direct payment gateways meet the standards set by PCI-DSS managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure processing of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
- Security
To protect your personal information, we follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not improperly lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Your credit card information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
